Step 4 doesn't appear for me and in IGN they say save few times till the sign appears but nothing :*(

BTW I donated the 500$ after step 2 right away so I didn't get that E-mail
Did I F*** it up. If yes is there is anyway to fix this?

Try donating $500 again. Save, then quit and restart the game. Try sleeping a few times, or even do some missions. It should pop up eventually.

It finally appeared after doing monkey bussiness mission. I had to make things right with that mexican guy before going to the city I guess anyways thanks.

What reward do you get for doing this ? only money?

I don't think you'll get money. You actually have to spend money to complete it. (didn't do all the kifflom missions yet) You'll get to laugh a lot as you experience what the developers put in the game :)

For me i'll get an achievement I complete every game that I play, anyways yes apperantly you get like 2.1 million after beating this mission.

You spend $90,500 in total and get ~$2.1 million back (if you go that route). I think that's a fair trade.

I played the game 3 times and didnt even do one kifflom mission. It just does not appear.
