GTA5 rain bugs (?)

Hello, I have two minor problems with GTA5. 1. If it rains it also rains inside buildings. And 2. when it rains the rain drop splashes are (also) in the wrong position. Inside and outside. If I look down in first person it looks fine. If I level with the horizon it seems that the screen is split. There are splashes above the horizon, as if my character lies with his chin on a glass floor. And there are splashes on the ground, where they belong. When I look up I see splashes too. By the way it's only the splashes, not the rings.

I have been looking on Google and forums, but I didn't find anything, except (if I recall correctly) that there was a bug which caused rain inside houses and it would have been fixed. Does anybody have these glitches too?

AMD quadcore, 64GB, HD Radeon R9 200 series 2Gb, Win8.1.

GTA5 runs fine at almost everything set to max (35-45 FPS, occasionally a drop). Lower settings as recommended did not fix the rain issues. I'm quite positive that I didn't see this in the first weeks after I got GTA.

Same here. Having the same problem.

With my copy it happened with a graphic mod. Not Enbseries but something like that. Removed it, glitch was gone.

I'm having it right now, rain drops bug, also raining in house. I tried uninstall VisualV, but didn't work.

It was by ReShade, I didn't think, it will be really cause of it.

Dont use mods simple, i still dont understand why people need to modify the game!
