How to use special abilities with PC and controller

With the keyboard special abilities are toggled with the CapsLoc key. To do this the game tip says use L and R. What does this relate to on the controller/

Analog sticks, you have to click them both in to activate your characters ability/do emotes.

You don't have to hold them, you click them both in and it will toggle - Click them both again and it will disable.
