I thought bullet time was max payne's thing
but it's good to see rockstar trying to get slowmode into GTA online with those framerates.

Indeed I didn't shoot minigun since last update... Heard it gives fps drops just now lol

Kids think PC's work like consoles, they think everyone gets the same glitches like them. Then they think they know something. Kinda funny.

Actually 100% of people I have talked to said to me that the ammu-nation FPS drop is a thing for them so I assumed the problem was for all people.

It isn't for me. I don't get this 2-5 FPS thing people have been talking about with ammunation.
