GTA Great white shark card

I bought GTA along with the great white shark bundle,but I still haven't received the money. And i am unable to send a ticket to rockstar support to from their website. Someone please help me?
PS: My online character has been transferred from my old ps3 account,so will starting with a new player give me the money or will i receive in this character account ?

i bought the same thing as u bro...and transferred everything from ps3 account, money, car, hse, and still even in crew. the money will transfer to ur old acc since u wanna transfer it. idk cause im using only 1 acc.
