@Greenman : Collectables map is coming very soon and the progress tracking functionnality is planned. I will figure out this weekend the best way to implement it and work on it next week.
R* social club already does this (Strangers and Freaks / Random Events / Letter Scraps / Spaceship Parts).
In addition to what WhiteKnight, the R* Social Club shows some collectables but not all. There's not stunt jumps, under the bridge, peyote plants or monkey mosaics (and others stuff too). All of those are going to be added on my website.
@Private Pinapple The online map will contain the online properties with some infos about it (price, garage, description, ...) and also some activities that you can do with other players (arm wrestling, darts, ...).
It is pity it does not show the stunt jumps & under the bridge. If i had no idea what i have done. I've put this in backburner until someone creates a tool that is similar to "JC2 Map Viewer".
I never heard about "JC2 Map Viewer" but I just now read about it. The concept is interesting (taking savegames to show the current progress). I will look into it and see what I can do, maybe write a little software which can extract those infos from the game and import them to the website once the progress tracking functionnality has been done.

Markets have been added to the singleplayer map with a few details related to them (average take and cash registers) : https://gtamap.net/
That would be awesome. Let us know. :)
