How do you Cycle between target when using homing launcher?

Rockstar added the ability to cycle between target on 1.27...But I can't find a way to do it...

7-9 Keypad with defult setup. tested and working in helicopter, not sure about the stupid on foot launcher, ur better off aimin a rpg anyway

Sorry if this is unhelpful, but only ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ use homing launchers.
And it doesn't work on homing launchers. Only aircraft rockets. Thank god.

Somebody's butthurt about getting shot out of the sky too many times.

Its possible, but also he could be talking about idiots who use the launcher as a sniper rifle in pvp ( it works, its not a very good idea with how slow it is, also the ammo cost per shot and its success rate make it a bad idea. not to mention it leaves a very visable trail to where it was shot from)

Also aircraft tend to be alot more rare in groups, while groups of targets on foot is very common.
