I deleted Rockstar Social Club and Cant re-download

hey so as the title says i deleted the social club in attempt to fix me not being able to sing in but now ive looked every where and cant find the link to download it, i have GTA downloaded aswell as the rockstar files but not the launcher, can someone please help me find it? please help asap

I tried this, i downloaded it and then it says GTA V is not installed even though it shows in my programmes list in control panel as well as my folder for my games

try verifing the games cache , steam should reacquire it , it's 18.6 mb's

Download L.A. Noire and Max Payne 3 vesion, not GTA V vesion.

I know this is extremely late but if your still having trouble with this there is a setup.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Installers

Steam location can actually lag behind in updates.
