Crash on Launch [Dell Laptop]

I have a Dell Inspiron 15r Special Edition. It has an Intel Core i7-3612QM, 8GB DDR3, and an AMD Radeon HD 7730M 2GB. When I launch the game, it runs for maybe 4 seconds and crashes. Rockstar Social Club then pops up saying "There was an error" and asks me to run in safe mode. That produced the same result. Any thoughts?

PLease get the latest 15.6 beta drivers ( 15.4 will also do )
