So I have GTA V on PS4, and I am unable to find the Railgun, anywhere, and I've checked online for solutions... EVERYWHERE.
Yes, I realize these Discussions are for GTA V PC players only, sorry that I don't have lots of money to afford a gaming computer, and I have to stick to consoles, go ahead and point that out in the comments...

But ANYWAYS, I was wondering if anyone could confirm if I need the game to be 100% Done, or perhaps, a certain way of getting the Railgun, because every tutorial i've looked up, such as finding the Railgun on the shot down plane. It doesn't show up there.

If I remember correctly, the railgun can be purchased at ammunition after you have completed the story (100% not necessary). BTW, the railgun is exclusive content for returning players (people who played GTA V on PS3 or Xbox 360). If you are not a returning player, you won't be able to find it or purchase it.

You just purchase it at Ammunation.

You just purchase it at Ammunation.
The Hatchet, and Rail-gun cannot be seen at the Ammunation, for sale.

I think Spark is right. I believe you have to complete the game first.

You should be able to buy it after the mission minor turbulence and you have to be a returning player from the xbox 360 or ps3 version of gta 5

You can also find it at the cargo plane crash site in the Alamo sea after "Minor Turbulence", but only if you're a returning player (played GTA V on PS3 or Xbox360).

Ah, you're not a returning player... That is why you can't find it at the crash site.
