is there a way to disable the sharpening effect?

its something that irking me on most games, gta 5 have some sharpness effect that is very visible in alot of cases, ist not as bad, as, lets say witch 2 enhanced sharpening, but still annoying me a bit.

is there a file i can edit with notepad to change it? (dident saw an option in game) or any graphics mod that is safe to use and disables it?

1. Rub 30 grit sandpaper all over your monitor. 2. Wipe with baby wipe to remove excess dust. Repeat steps 1 & 2 for desired effect.

Do you have AA enabled? Turning it off would probably help. Or change it to FXAA instead so it adds the AA effect to the whole image instead of the lines in the game.
