Cayo perico primary target not spawning??
I'm in the gather intel mission and when I successfully hacked the comms tower I opened my sightseer app but the primary target is not in the glass container in the basement.I don't understand I don't know what to do I don't want to ride that slow plane from north to south again
p.s. there's always a "Transaction Pending" in the bottom right

The guy at the Sub should send you a message, remember doing the Safe Code Prep Mission .. if not yeah it might be a Bug. More than likely Babaneto is correct.
