What happens to my cars when I trade in my property ?

Hello,

I want to replace one of my high end apartments with a 10 car garage.
In this apartment, there are still 5-6 cars.
What happens with them when I trade in this property with this cars in it ?
Do they switch automatically over to the garage ? So nothing changes, except my apartment is gone and I get some money back and I can find my cars in the new garage ?

happened to me - phone the mechanic and it should say in storage click the car in storage and mechanic will deliver to you

Is that new? I tried it once and it told me something like "You have cars in the property you want to trade,if you trade it your cars will dissapear,are you sure you want to trade your property?" Unless its only for houses? or if you trade to a smaller garage maybe.

small yea, but since the game came out on 360 it diddnt take mt long to get a 10 car garage, had a 6 for a little bit the bought APT in eclips tower
