No Call for Private Fare from Downtown Cab Co.

Hey everyone. I'm going for the achievement for completing a private fare. I purchased the cab company as Franklin and received the first call from Raul where he introduces himself but I haven't received a single private fare call. I went from ~50% to ~76% doing side missions, collecting gold medals, doing other collectable stuff and haven't gotten a call yet.

I heard buying the tow truck company and doing a few jobs can trigger it but I got to that point in the story, bought the company, did a few jobs and still no call.

Does anyone have any experience with this issue or does it just take a REALLY long time to get the call?

Bump. Anyone...? Or does anyone have a save they could share where they get the calls?

start a new game, takes about 2 hours to get to the point where you can buy it as Franklin, save before buying it to make sure and you'll get the call eventually. Just drive around. Once that's done, you can go back to your game with 75% progress. This is only needed for the achievement, it's not required for 100%
