Does the submarine parts count towards 100%?

Hey guys, I was at 14/16 for my miscellaneous tasks for the 100% and decided that I was going to tackle the submarine parts. I recently just got the last one and have completed the mission that came with it, but the counter is still at 14/16. So, I decided to check Rockstar's checklist on Social Club and that counter says I'm 13/16. It hasn't even registered all the friend activites. So, my question is does anyone know any fixes towards why the counter is off because I was sure that the submarine parts counted towards that counter.

Edit: It looks like the counter for Social Club just increased so, now that at 14/16
