Cannot Join Friends (or Invite Them) Until I've finished the Gta Online Tutorial (And I have)

Apparently some people don't get this bug at all, and then there are people that get the bug that can do a workaround.

Category 1: People do not get this bug and live a happy free GTA 5 Online with hackers all around.

Category 2: People get this bug but can workaround it by doing Online>Crews>Friends>Select Friends Crew>View Members>Choose Friends Gamertag or PSN ID>Join Game

Category 3: People get this bug and cannot use the workaround. Which is me.

I cannot play with my friends and have a great time, I have not found any fix for this, and I'm really mad that I can't play..
