I can't find my email or password but my account is linked with steam and It automatically opens the game but i can't manage to find my account while logging in social blade please help

Contact R* support and ask them. Use a 'new' social club account to access support if you need/want to use their livechat. You have the steamid, cdkey, etc - and they can help.

Else, attempt to log into the social club website, forgot password, and check all your emails.

Click forgot password on social club website.
Enter each of your emails. Check them / spam.
See if you saved your credentials on phone, browser(s), old pc.
Contact R*, prove who you are, and they can change it.
