Cutscenes freeze when I have mods.

For some reason this always happens. I reinstalled the game after Rockstar keeps on asking me for an activation. I don't know how to fix this. When I remove the mod scripts, the cutscenes work.

That's a mod issue, not a game issue. You might adress this issue to the modder
