GTA 5 Map Blimbs not showing

For some reason after download a couple mods everythings working fine I just cant find my safehouse, lsc, or any kind of shop on the map anymore, does anyone have any fixes?

1) Change gameconfig.
2) Try reloading old saves with mods and scripts folder removed.
If the blips still aren't there, you need to reinstall the game. I'm avoiding mods that place blips on existing locations like Open all Interiors mod etc. Couldn't even do missions, no gps routes, no markers, nothing. And all i used were like 4 basic scripts mods.

Thx but i cant seem to find a "gameconfig" file in my gta files? (sorry im not very tech savy)
