is it possible to get the Schyster Deviant?

I already have one and wanted to build a second one but i can't find it anywhere on any car site in the game :((

rockstar deleted it from the site like 187 other vehicles so now you can get it only from places like casino or showrooms

if your lucky grind your auto-shop,
service cars and deliver them to customers,
keep a streak going, the car or a rare car might be delivered to your autoshop to be serviced and can be bought that way instead of sevicing the whole thing and delivering

some of the now rare cars or hard to get cars that have tiers of blacklisting based on model and value, will spawn in missions or in the natural random chaos but, can't be obtained by any other means but the simeons dealership, the wheel, legendary auto street side showroom and your autoshop or for bikes the clubhouse,
some cars can still can be obtained in a bug session with other nefarious glitch'es and I do not recommend that type of method due to the risk and greater loss.

With some of the low value cars, can still be obtained as long as you don't get them flagged as a mission vehicle, some cars will spawn in a mission and if you have a friend with cargo-bob to pick and transport a rare car that you know is below the value and can be stored, don't touch it when you find a car below the value, in a mission have a friend haul it, so it don't get flagged, some of the old cars will spawn normally in places they were programmed too, if you have a friend with the same model or class it will increase odds of spawn rate, the best thing to do is grind auto-shop servicing cars instead of wasting hours looking for them.

some of them look really cool but they have the same use like 70% of all the other cars, bring you from A to B

The autoshop doesn't spawn the Deviant, unfortunately.
