vehicle disappearing by mod menu spawning

sometimes i spawn a vehicle using menyoo, they disappear after 3-5 seconds, i tried other mod menus and they still disappear

AFAIK the online vehicles/content are blocked in story mode. They will despawn shortly after you spawn them. Why? Well we are talking about rockstar here, there is no logic to be found here. Anyway there should be a mod you can download to remove that despawning thing.

Outdated menus/trainers/mods, conflicting mods, etc. Using addon vehicle spawner, and ENT, all my spawned dlc vehicles work fine in storymode and do not disappear.

single player has a list of cars that are black listed that will despawn no matter how you get them
