Character Generator for GTA Online?

I'm planning on making a purchase of GTA V for the PC, but I, however, am poor at the moment. I am thinking of planning out my GTA Online characters for the PC version as I'm not gonna drag my old characters from Xbox 360 to Xbox One to PC (unless both combined can come into the PC version?) I was thinking we could get a character creator ONLY, to plan out our GTA Online characters while we wait for our moneyz to come in to buy GTA V? Browser or download, I don't really care, so I'd like some smart and HELPFUL answers when I can. Thanks.

P.S. I want it because I don't want to look back at my poorly-sculpted asian chick going "Ew, that's ugly, what have I done?" when I go past the maximum rank for changing your appearance chances, or look at my Niko Bellic clone going "That doesn't look like him at all!"

A character creator for people who are to broke to buy the game? Makes no sense to me. And besides there's nothing to plan out it's just looks and nothing else. It's not some kind of mmo with skills tree's ya know.

l've transferred my character from PS3 to PS4 and finally to PC. No issues whatsoever with the transfer to PC

I know Saints Row The Third and Saints Row IV have one. But as far as I know there isn't anything like that for GTAO.

you can do a character transfer from console over to PC. As for your second question, you can't create a Grand Theft Auto Online character if you don't own the game.

you can do a character transfer from console over to PC. As for your second question, you can't create a Grand Theft Auto Online character if you don't own the game.

First off: Actually READ the discussion, please. I know about character transfer. I implied I wouldn't use character transfer to the PC version when I buy it.

Second: We can see your username, no need to make your post sound like an email message like a smug douchebox.

I agree. What I also like is a way to edit characters even if you do own the game. So far I think I edited my character after starting Online once. If Rockstar is to implement some way to edit characters out of the game then I suggest maybe using that LS app on phones or the browser. But so far I don't think there is a way to edit your character outside the game.

If you transfer from the old gen consoles you will be forced to use the character editor on PC/Current gen since it's very different from what it was on 360/PS3
