How To Install: Native Trainer Reskinned and Better Controls?

I am new to modding. It just finished downloading early this morning, and nothing is going right for me. Rage Plugin Hook keeps crashing and won't load LSPDFR. I don't have a number lock on my stupid laptop to use for Native Trainer. I can bring up Native Trainer when pressing F4 but I cannot scroll. F8 only tries to either switch to another character or else it tries to save and quit. I want to download this new version where you can use the arrow keys instead, but I am unsure on how to. I tried to plug in an external keyboard, but like I said above it tried to do something else. Please help me. I really need it!

P.S. If anyone knows what is up with my Rage Plugin Hook please let me know. I have seen a few threads of it not loading when starting it up so maybe it isn't me but the creators. If you know of anything, please let me know. Thank you.
