[ONLINE HELP] How to make the Hydra (fighter jet) target with lock-on on freemode?

I bought my Hydra in GTA Online. But when I wanna lock-on on another player (who was flying another Hydra + he wasn't in passive mode), it doesn't work o_O No red crosshair, no lock-on.......

Any help? How can I get lock-on using the Hydra (and helis) during freemode???

BTW: I play with the keyboard & mouse.

press tab until you have the missiles selected? There are homing and non-homing

You have 3 shooting modes , Guns , Homing missile , and Non-homing , you can switch with TAB to each mode .

the player needs to be driving a car to be locked on..if hes on foot it wont lock

Or in a plane / heli. And I chased a player who was flying a plane, but the lock-on didn't trigger :(

actually the best way to make them work is this: for the pc players you hit M on your keybord or go to your interactive menu then you should see something like "player target prioraty" and set it to everyone then try again (make sure to use the homeing missiles aswell)
