how do you do a STOPPIE on a Motorcycle?

I understand that it's when you ride on your front wheel, but how do you do that in the game? I now how to turn the front of my motorcycle down when I'm in the air, but I wasn't successful in pulling off a stoppie for the freemode challenge.

Get up to a good speed then hammer the brakes and hold shift.

Note: When you get good at it you will be able to do 180's on the front wheel with the right bike :)
