how i solve? i have 8gb Ram,GTX 660 ti,intel core i5, and still w/ errors

So I downloaded 4gb crash and selected GTA V.exe and when I tried launching same error happened? My file location of my game is in my D drive bc my C is full. Is it fine to be in D though? The ERR_MEM_EMBEDDEDALLOC_ALLOC can be caused:
By bad/corrupt gpu drivers.
Settings of your pagefile/virtual memory.
Some background programs.
Mods.

I'm not so sure that a 32bit patch for 4gb is going to fix gtav - a 64bit program.
(and I'd definitely verify cache to undo a change to the gta5.exe... like.. seriously)
I'd definitely look at all of the previous listed things first since you've left no other details.
As far as gtav being on D - I personally run mine on M and D - the drive means nothing to steam.

Ok thanks. I will go and try to fix because I have 8gb of ram and about 7.4 i think is free. I also forgot to so I reinstalled GTA V so I don't have any mods.
