Vehicles spawn far away from nightclub at Elysian Islands

How to fix this problem i bought a nightclub management near the doc area when I try to spawn a car it spawn so far away from player I had to run over it? Hope someone reply me. Thank

try looking to the sea when calling for the vehicle, they dont spawn in your field of vision
