Gta 5 crashes after few seconds into the game.

I verified game, uninstalled twice, run as administrator, nothing..

a few seconds into the game isn't very descriptive. exactly what point does it crash. did you install any mods?

No mods, It crashes before the rockstar intro, like before the stars appears top right, I just hear sirens, 3 sec later crash.

it could be so many things. directx. vcred instal gone bad, media feature pack missing etc.
look at those first and if you still feel like trying to get help from us post your launcher.log file in C:\Users\*you name*\Documents\Rockstar Games\Launcher using https://pastebin.com/

scroll through the entries to see if you an error logged, if you find one related to GTA V copy&paste the log here

only other thing i suggest is try doing a clean install of gta v
