Can a Intel HD Graphics 4600 run gta v?

Yeah basically the title. I kinda want to get gta v, but I don't want to waste $60 for game that doesn't work on my computer. Need some help

On low-medium? I have heard that its optimised quite well, and is not very demanding for the level of detail it offers.

GTX 470 should not have much problem running it on high settings 1080p or at least on medium, it's same level card as modern GTX 750 Ti.

Its around 320 - 350 for consoles now at least Xbox ONE but PS4 I think its around same price might be lower lol.

Okay I wondered because I mean I can play games like Evolve and witcher but then again I have a crap CPU which I need to upgrade pronto.... :P

It can run GTA V on medium around 30fps

Actually if i remember correctly GTA V is runs much smoother and is much more optimized than GTA 4. My friend runs GTA 4 on highest settings with HD 4600 at a very stable 50-60 FPS.I would say you could run it smoothly on low settings at the least (sorry for the necro.Just figured i'd kick in my opinion based on my friend's experience running GTA 4)

I have an Intel i5 4460 processor 8 gb ram windows 7 and Intel HD graphics 4600 and GTA V is definitely playable. I have over 30 hours with those specs. You will notice it when driving fast but it is still playable. I average 30-35 fps.
