Federal Investigation Bureau gets aborted every time

hi iam trying to move on in the story. but always when iam approaching the mission in the san chianski mountains at the pacific i get the the message mission aborted try again later.

i tried it many times, started the game again and used different saves.

any ideas

yes take a taxi to the mission.

I had to go walking. The taxi did not work.
