How to buy realties in single player PC

I tried all that was suggested. Got diretions on my GPS from Lenny Avery Realty. Went to the site, but did not find a for sale sign, nor any icon of houses with a dollar sign on them. So, I get quite a few houses for sale and visit them, bur cannot proceed with a buy.

Can anyone help me?

You can't buy houses in single player. The Lenny Avery links are for a different quest where you are supposed to destroy the for sale signs.

you have to use mods to get additional garages in singleplayer

Thanks you two for the answer. @cruste, I'm not sure about using mods just to get extra garage space. I was more intereted in extra safe houses. :) What can you do when you're as paranoid as I am. LOL

after you finish the first part of trevors missions you will be able to buy more properties and businesses. each character has a safehouse with a garage and a seperate larger garage.
they will appear on your map( as long as you have uncovered that area of the map) once youve gotten trevor to los ssantos.
