How Does One Turn on Lowrider Neon Signs?

How do you do this? I can't find it anywhere. It was lit after I added it to my vehicle but has since turned off.

There are different set ups that you buy for speakers and signs just turning your lights on turns them on but you could have not bought the neon version of the upgrade

i have bought top of the line everything. I've tried every type of light control imaginable. Still won't work. It was neon lit when I drove out of the shop. I know it can turn on.

On my lowrider, the neon signs just come on when it gets dark

You have to change the lighting color of your car at Benny's (or w/e his name is). Its in the interior menu I think, it changes the color of your dashboard and the neon sign at the back window

I went to Benny's. I went to the interior menu. Found the colors you were referring to. It was already set to a color. I changed the color and now the sign is relit...for now. The first time I drove out of the sign it was lit for a little while, so I'm not optimistic it will stay lit. So there is no known hotkey for it though?
