Lowrider car doesn't bounce

Not sure is this a bug , or I did wrong . make cars bounce is hold x and shift for front and ctrl for back and hold x and release it to make the whole car jump , am i right ? The first two days I bought the car and everything is great , I random press Shift or Ctrl more times and the car bounce .
After that no matter how many times I press Shift or Ctrl the hydraulics move but won't bounce , hold X and release it still works but the camera need to face North ( Which is the top of the gta 5 map ) so the car can bounce or it will stuck .

Hold X and A to lean car left D to lean right, lshift or numpad 8 to bounce front, lctrl of numpad 5 to bounce back.. or use an x-box360 controller when playing around in your lowriders.

I know all the basic control but the car just wont bounce no matter I hold Shift/Ctrl and release , doble tap it , car just move but won't jump

isn't it holding X and then pressing A or D or left shift or left crtl ? i haven't played a lot with low riders yet

and I did what you said shift or 8 and ctrl or 5 , the car front back rise up but didn't bounce , if i press again it go down and up again

When you press it once it raises, then you can bounce from that position.. it have to be in 'raised state' to do some serious bounching, then lower the part you want to bounce, and raise it, and keep timing it right until you bounched it to pieces.

thats all good i can bouce front back sides will but actually boucing off all 4 wheels is not as ez i have done it a few times by simply raising car then holding RB and releasing but this does not work all the time.... any ideas on what i might be doing wrong?
