Mission disrupted, cant start, WTF?!

I am trying to do a FIB mission, the one after the big bank robbery. I dont know what to do, every time I approach it it says this mission has been disrupted come back later. I dont get it. Ive come back at all hours of the day and with each character and it never starts. What do I do? Is my game glitched out?

Oh I think I know what you're talking about. The one where you walk into an outdoor seating area? Make sure you don't have any weapons out or anything

I dont know what the mission is called because i cant start it. Its map icon is on the far east of the map at a little building with a little dock. Its the mission you open up for the FIB right after you do the bank robbery mission to get the money to fund it.

take a cab there and skip the ride. worked for me.

The mission is called, Monkey Business" and triggered for me by accident after trying for a couple of days. Try the following,

1. Use Frankin "Hillary" Clinton
2. Use your personal vehicle or Jack any ride
3. Make cerrtain the time of day is where the sun is about to set. Give yourself enough time to get to B so head out about 5PM in-game time. Time can be checked from the Pause Menu or from a player's Cell Phone.
4. Head straight to B, and let the "disrupt" message trigger
5. Head back out from B, and follow the dirt road back to the first bridge. You'll also see two peeps carrying on.
6. Perform donuts, burnouts, etc. away from the two peeps peeps (as to not scare them off)
7. Watch the sun set or mountain side shade progress, and just as the sun set shade covers the two peeps, head back to B. Michael De Santa Claus should be waiting near the dock/port
8. If this doesn't work, try again when the in-game time cycle hits sunset.

weird! im stuck at the same mission!

It's a bug that has never been fixed. It occured to me too yesterday, regardless to what player is switched and went there. What fixed it for me was going to Trevor, he was in City Apartment and i simply called a Taxi and i skipped the drive to the location.

What need to do is park a bit away and just walk up, that's how I did it.

This with taxi worked for me. You have to stay near this mission nad have it shown. Then you have to call the taxi, go to mission with taxi and skip the ride:)

It's not really a glitch or a bug. I went there as Trevor in his regular open top jeep and got the mission disrupted message. I drive away like a half mile and the 'B' logo for the mission appeared again, this time I turned around and went down the hill side after crossing the bridge and drive along the water shore creeping up on the hill as little as possible until I reached the creek where they've thr boats and voila automatically the mission started off. I think the aim is to go there discreetly, not from the front entrance, just so you go without noise and notice.
