GTA 5 First bit can't bring up phone

Hi,

Can't get past the first bit cos I need to blow open the doors using the mobile phone - it says press up arrow to bring up phone - nothing happens - meanwhile the guys are shouting at me - "comon blow is" but phone not coming up

honestly- no f idea. could be a driver,or wrong keyboard config but its very unlikely. +cant u just test if its broken by scrolling up in your browser ? :D

Alex - prob my fault trying to f about to get steering wheel working - may have corrupted something like psykoteky said

I'm having this problem too on both keyboard and mouse and controller and attempting to change key bindings has not solved it. Anyone know anything else about this?

I have the exact same issue.
Controller won't bring up phone, keyboard wont bring up phone either.
Can an non-troll help?

I always bring up my phone in-game by clicking in my mouse wheel. Can you try that?

I try up arrow key and mouse wheel, also i bind to other key and still doesn't working.
