with what character should i buy these properties? in single player

This is what I did:

Trevor (gets all the nightclubs/strip clubs, since he already has Vanilla Unicorn)
-Hen House
-Tequi-la-la
-Pitchers

Franklin:
-Car Scrapyard (since he already knows how to tow cars from Tonya's missions)
-Hookies (fits Franklin better than Michael)

Michael:
-Golf Club (upscale property where he can meet with people from the movie business)
-Sonar Collections Dock (because of Abigail's mission)

Franklin should get the Hen House because his special ability makes it easier to complete its missions. You may struggle to beat the clock or avoid damage to merchandise if you try to complete the Hen House missions as Micheal or Trevor.

I always buy the Golf Club to the Trevor, and nothing else, so Trevor ends up being the character you play if you want to avoid doing delivery missions for other people and still get full payday after week.

I have no problems with money, I invested in stock market while I was doing lester assasination missions, and now i have 1,2b

Im doing this but the profits aren't as big as what people get am I doing something wrong ?

I followed this procedure:
https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Lester's_Assassinations

Essentially, do not spend any money throughout the game, do all side missions and random events first and do Lester's Assassinations only at the very end of the game after you've finished the main story.
(One random event has a separate stock tip you can use during a few minute time window to gamble all your money up to that point for all three protagonists.)

Note that you can get several hundred millions more with Michael, since he can start out with a hefty sum from his Epsilonist side story arc.
