How to host lowriders missions?

GTA V's lobby system is so stupid and goes out of its way to be hard. How do I do the lowriders missions with my friends? I've tried having us all stand in the circle while one person presses e to make a lobby, which didn't work. Only the person who activated it joins a lobby. We've tried pressing e at the same time, which didn't work. How do I make my own lobby for the lowriders missions?

You can't make your own lobby on Lamar mission. it's kinda like mission with randomly ppl to joining.., if you want to be hosted/ looking for play with your friend. you can out and joining again until you get host on lobby screen.

It's pretty cut and dried how to do it......

I know how to manage a lobby, but as far as I know theres no way to create my own. The only way to host is to activate the mission and hope you get your own lobby. Most of the time I join other people's lobbies and all I want to do is get my own to play with all three of my friends.
Hence my asking.

Sadly I believe you. GTA:O has a horrible matchmaking system. It's bs that I just have to join over and over hoping I get my own lobby.
Oh well :/
