Mods !
Well,I got the conclusion that,Rockstar only bans the users that use Mods to get UNFAIR advantages.

For example,if you install a the mod:Max Payne 3 AK-47 (Animated),on GTA V,and then play Online, you will not get banned, because it is NOT a unfair modification,it is irrelevant, only you will see your new Custom model! :D

This article (http://www.rockstargames.com/newswire/article/52451/update-targeting-cheaters-in-gta-online) makes it perfectly clear. Specifically, here is the quote...

"As a reminder, any attempt to tamper with the behavior of GTA Online by installing or executing mods, scripts, or other exploits, modifying the game files or manipulating the game in any way while it is executing will result in disciplinary action including but not limited to time in the cheater pool, bans and potential suspension of your account."

Rockstar sended this to me!

Hello Soldado-Br,

Thank you for your response.

We have reset your log in attempts for your account. In regards to your previous question please note you will not be at risk of being banned for any single player (Story mode) mods used. If you decide to join GTA Online with any 3rd party apps or mod menus installed, you are at risk of being banned. Our apologies for any misunderstanding on our behalf.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Best regards,

Elvie P.

No mods online, no exceptions.

Please don't listen to this anecdotal `evidence` that using mods in GTA V online as long as they aren't `unfair mods` (whatever they are) won't result in a ban.

I can find no evidence that using some mods online won't result in a ban.

Just don't use mods if you intend to go online, remove them fully from the game install directory before attempting to go online, no exceptions.

Then it should be clear what Rockstar means and this hasn't changed. The response from Rockstar also doesn't support your claim that `unfair mods won't result in an online ban`.

It clearly states
...you will not be at risk of being banned for any single player (Story mode) mods used.

If you decide to join GTA Online with any 3rd party apps or mod menus installed, you are at risk of being banned.

Neither of those two statements supports the claim that `you will not get banned, because it is NOT a unfair modification`.

Please stop claiming it.

No, Rockstar still will ban you just because you has modded your game, you cant even use an mod that will increase your FOV when you use first person, or an skin for your player.

Assume that rockstar dont want an mod community, but if you use external hacks, you might not get ban because is more hard for an anti-cheat detect it. ps: VAC is there and CSGO doesn´t care if my origin is an esp trainer external ♥♥♥♥.
