just dl the crappy anti cheat if you are a legit player it doesn't slow anything down .

dintpu8.dll, and version.dll - are not vanilla game files, usually used for storymode modding.
Remove them if you are not modding storymode and trying to go online.

if modding storymode, you can open R* launcher, settings, uncheck battleye. If that doesn't work - you can also put -nobattleye in the launch options for gta5, or inside a commandline.txt in the game folder.
