Just drive through and you should be fine. Happens quite often to me in prison break heist, when entering to prison with bus.

It is most likely bug. Only "fix" for it, is just to drive through it. From my experience NPCs don't seem to care about it.

You need to make the rear tyres spin by holding W and S button simultaneously until the barrier fully opened.

Almost 7 years after the release of the game on PC and this bug is still present.

The movie studio gates are supposed to open for Michael, idiot. They do on console.

Not sure about the movie gates in particular, but the other gates, the sliding ones, are tied to framerate and wont work unless you're using 50fps.

Because the gates at the movie lot are supposed to open when you've reached the Solomon missions and they don't.
