Why there is no It's a G Thing Mission in options?

I already finished that mission and now im at Lamar's mission where you need 4 players to start this funeral mission.
I swear to god this game is so confusing imagine completing something and the game decides not to display it for you to play it again.

I believe you need to finish all lowrider missions first to unlock replay.
