Tank won't shoot straight

I had it happen once when I was picked up by a Cargo Bob, I was shooting sideways for some reason when the cannon was facing forward. Never had anything happen like the video, though.

it happens to me often in humane labs raid when i get to be the gunner in the chopper's front cannon. it shoots at the sides rather than straight. weird thing.

I'm glad it has happened to others but looks like only happens to me on a regular basis! Makes the tank into a fancy expensive bulldozer

yeah i have this to with tank , valkery and the insurgent with gun on very strange ive thought it was firstpersonvieuw bug becouse i always play on fpsv

I only get it on the tank. Might be First person bug, I play First person too. But when im in the tank its thrid person and it happens every now and then, not all the time.

Same problem here, my tank shoots far up to the left when i aim straight forward, same with my Insurgent pickup. This happed to me recently. I was playing in a session killig stuff with my tank, then a hacker teleports next to me and a second later the aim is permanetly messed up, even after a restart. I really hope it's just a bug. But it is strange that i was aming fine for a good while before the hacker showed up. Anyway, now i know that i am not alone with the problem atleast.

You tried verifying the game files and then playing again? Possibly something got messed up, as the tank automatically compensates for distance in a similar way to the grenade launcher and something is causing its compensation to go haywire.

I have re-installed the game from scratch and that does not help. I thought it might be somthing to do with having SLI but it has happened with a single card too. Getting pretty annoying going on a rampage only to have it cut short by a drunk gunner!

This happens to me as well with any vehicle weapon. I am relieved it's not only me experiencing this. Sometimes it only happens with a few bullets here and there. Sometimes 90% of my bullets fire in some weird direction. It's an extremely annoying bug that should have been fixed long ago.
