He should do that (those payphone hits are sick; just $85K for 5-10 minutes of work O_O), but I would like to help him complete this heist first, since he's so far wasted his time and money doing it.
I don't like 80% of this game but I like GTA5 so i just do what I like...
I 1st tried stealth Cayo by following a YouTube video.
Try to do Dre contract all alone...
Payphone hits were x2 last week. I made 10M in 1 week, easy...
I didn't even finish Dre contract.
Autoshop heist ? I made 1, was disgusted, never did another one as host.
Doomsday heist ? Too painful and too hard, I stopped.
Casino, I need to study this one but never did it as host for the moment.
I started 6 month ago but I already have everything i wanted thanks to knowledge before buying...
I bought the game 9€, didn't give R* 1 cent more.
Everyone is allowed to post here, even people who don't have GTA on Steam.
What's your point, even? Someone on this forum is having trouble with this heist. I'm offering to help him through it--even offered him my SC ID to friend me so we can do this together.
You CP Trolls just keep telling him over and over to look up videos (so he can waste more time doing "homework"), are encouraging him to drop another $1M-$2M on copters and oppressors to help him complete one simple prep mission (so he can waste more money)...or are just humble bragging about how easy the mission is and that it needs skills to complete (so you can make him feel more frustrated than he is already).
You haven't contributed anything useful that could help the player, but you're demanding that someone who's actually offering help "leave" because she's not on Steam.
Whatever.
Weekly events for adversary modes, races, heists and contact missions in general pay sick amounts of money. I think I was getting between $48K-$78K per game of Power Play 2-3 few weeks ago, and the games were, what--20 minutes, tops? Simeon missions are also paying decently this week (and are fun), though not as good as Agency right now, where the money is so good I almost feel guilty doing payphone hits. I'm literally getting $85K for 10 minutes of work, and the sickest thing is that you get that $85K completing a $15K bonus, which is stupid easy to get. The game practically drops you the bonus in your lap.
and out of all the "CP trolls" this one singled out me.
I gotta say I am flattered and this isn't the first time either.
but please tell me when or where did I tell the OP to look up videos
If what I said that the OP could also use the Buzzard pissed you off (your words) then maybe you shouldn't keep reading and posting on here. You shouldn't get pissed off over advice not given to you.
In fact, I want to apologize that I said that you should rage on other gaming forums because web raging is bad, mkay? Those who web rage shouldn't be online at all.
6. avoid cameras 7. avoid or KILL juggernaut 8. leave 1 camera up and running (pool area ) take out the others. 9. loot gold and drugs, skip cash unless u have manpower.
10 make it out to sea and presto Mister .....
I never did, either, BUT...I discovered the route by accident. After following the advice of these neckbeards to do this the hardest way possible (where I was dying a million times over like the OP and being told "git good n00b"), I went Velum+Uniform+Supply Truck instead of kosatka+sub. To my absolute surprise, when you do it this way half the guards inside the compound become white circles (safe to walk around), making it so much easier to make your way to the office or vault (if you get the gate key) without tripping alarms 1000X.
Yes, there are Rubio's bodyguards to worry about (red circles). Yes, there is the juggernaut. But you can sneak past juggernaut and only need to take out two guards to get to upstairs office, especially if you take out some of the cameras on your way to the office/vault. There's one guard at the bottom of the stairs and another one at the next landing.
2-3 Cameras. Two Guards. That's it. The first guy at the bottom of the stairs never, ever moves. The second guy does move, but he will stand for three seconds, and you don't even really have to kill him. Just whack him silently with your hand and he goes down. You just have to make sure you're directly behind him (not off to the side).
Oh, and MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A SUPPRESSOR! The suppressor is KEY in case for whatever reason you use your weapon.
Regarding uniforms: I don't remember if uniforms spawn at the airstrip the very first time you do this heist, but they should. On Intel, look for any blue crates at piles of rubbish at the airstrip past control tower, in the area where the LSIA pilot sits waiting for you, and at the building behind that one that has a staircase going up to the second level.
Find that crate of uniforms. If you find it, Intel for the supply truck, which is at the dock nearby. When you do the mission itself, fly in on the Velum, change into the guard uniforms, then carefully make your way to the supply truck. Enter the truck, drive into compound. Half the guards, I repeat, will be "white" (safe), the ones guarding office and vault red, BUT...it will be easier for you to suss out how to get to primary objective safely. You will goof, but on the third attempt, you'll figure it out.
When escaping the compound, pay NO ATTENTION to the PROMPT telling you where to go. Kill one guard stationed next to a bike, run past helicopter (do not pass GO). Take the bike and ride off a cliff into water, then swim like a MFer. Equip with rebreather (press G) to go under water if necessary, but just keep swimming.
- Their sight and hearing are both very limited,
- They never patrol in pairs so you can avoid or kill patrolling guards very easily and when there are two guards in one place they are always stationairy so you can quickly headshot both before triggering the alarm.
- Their cone of vision let's you get away with a lot, you have some time before they actually notice you even if you step into their cones.
- The juggernaut doesn't pose a threat whatsoever if you leave his patrol route alone. The dude is blind, he won't even notice dead guards in his path.
- There are a lot of sections on the island where you can just avoid guards by going through the jungle.
- Escaping the island is incredibly easy, if you happen to get into a bad spot you can literally just swim away.
So yeah, I get and share the complaint about the alarm but you know, it's not exactly Commandos, it's not even Thief.
But like, why?? I mean sure you can, but also run the risk of having the npc shoot their gun after they die alerting...
