Stop hosting heists if you expect someone to carry and you give them a low cut

So many times I join a heist to help out people but they give a 5% cut because "You're high level so you don't need cash". No, I still do need cash. I'm not going to help you and tolerate the multiple times you die for 5% cut. It's annoying and frankly just rude. If you want people to join your heist and help you, you pay them accordingly.

I mean, that just sounds plain selfish if anyone has ever thought "You already have money" is a valid reason. That's like saying "Banks don't need to earn more cash, they already have tons!"

I often ask for 0% as I don't play for the money. I also regularly take low level players to Cayo and give them 85% to help them out. I have a lot of fun with random players even if they get killed a lot.

And more power to you for that. But you do that willingly. Imagine joining someone's heist, and then simply being told you're doing it for the kicks and nothing else. As fun as the game may be to play, it's always nice to get something in return

Exactly my point, I'm not a fan of that mentality.

Each to their own. I will accept 5-10% but only if they have a valid reason (e.g. they're level 15 and need cash), but not a level 79 who told me that I was high level and didn't need money.

I made a friend lately after we hosted each other's cayo heists but i recently removed him because although I let him get a better cut since he was lower leveled and less skilled etc. in our first heists, he would spam invites for me to his heists, would go offline if i didnt join and then would consistently give me the lowest cut despite me carrying the whole thing doing all hacks, all takedowns, all the driving and all the major moves. on top of that he would take millions of years to reply to a question with some 5 word response and contributed nothing to anything.

On the flip side the dudes that cut you in high , no matter the heist, are actual legends. I remember helping a dude do fleeca just for fun, not expecting alot and he gave me all of his cut and ontop of that , did hacker and driller. There's some good dudes in this game , you just gotta look

I literally said that I don't mind helping low level people for 5-10%, my issue is with relatively high level people doing this. It would be nice if you read my post before attacking me for no reason. I've already done Cayo Perico numerous times, I can solo stealth the whole thing in an hour and it got boring after a while.

Like I told the previous guy, I have no issues with low level people giving me lower cut. My problem was with people who have more than 60-70 levels doing this. Again, I would appreciate if you would read the post beforehand.

Yeah I had a few people who did that to me when I first started out. It's a nice gesture that sticks with you later on.

Thats what you get for having your level bumped up. People that work up levels have solid income available.

In this days we have the greathest opportunity to easiest money grind. As that person said, if you need money - do few runs of Cayo Perico. If you're the high lvl, as you say, and can not earn 2 mil bucks, well... maybe you not so tough as you think.
I'm playing regular heist too and personnaly for me the greathest score is just complete the job. Oh yeah, additional 50k - it's just ridiculous
