how to fix getting kicked by battleye

i get keep getting kicked by battleye after 2 minutes of joining a session

any solutions or am i cursed to never play online again

i can play only in "invite only session". From public now I am kicked like some sort of scum. Nothing changed on my system from yesterday.

If you have issues what I did was I went into the game files for GTA V. Delete the Battleye file it should be where your GTA is installed. Then go to steams library click on GTA V click properties and select verify game files and it should reinstall battleye. That fixed my issue of being kicked every 5 mins.

I just tried this and it didn't work for me. Verified game files twice, then deleted Battleye and re-verified. Reinstalled. Kicks me every single time I try to do a mission for myself. I've never modded or anything, never been suspended. Clean profile since 2014.

Same situation here, Fresh installed, put in a battleeye exception in windows security firewall. This issue seems widespread enough that it's clearly not all of us running "borked" fresh installs.

The same happened to me. Was playing just fine. Bought new property and upgraded my Terrobite. And in a minute it happened the first time. After it I cant get even 5 minutes in the lobby. Though I never cheated in the game. Maybe some bug with Terrobite update?

Entered the invite-only lobby by myself, rode around for a good half an hour then did a prep mission. Everything works fine, no kicks. Looks like the issue is only in public lobbies. So it doesn't look like it's a real anti-cheat kick. Might be that it's a new way the cheaters can kick us from a lobby. But it's just a theory.

Try INVITE ONLY lobby guys!

and the good thing is the cheaters wont change unless they have an anti cheat on server side (which is impossible cuz gtao is p2p basically we are the servers the only thing rockstars servers do is store our save files)

its because they have your ip address they can kick you in solo. in windows 11 you have to restart the computer to get a new ip address (if you have windows set to do that)

try turning off all overlays, epic ones included, battle eye will sometimes read the overlays as a cheat

for whoever enters this conversation , none of the solutions works . it's the hacker that foudn anew toy and rockstar that is already working on apatch .
also the bios update and formating the pc are an astounding nonensical stup*dity.

After this latest micro patch I am playing in public and so far no more BE kicks for doing nothing wrong.
