how to fix getting kicked by battleye

i get keep getting kicked by battleye after 2 minutes of joining a session

any solutions or am i cursed to never play online again

its happening to me for no reason i was in the middle of a prmotion job for my nightclub i picked up something off a corps and it happened the first time was when i was upgrading my terabyte with the new upgrades

I can’t be in a game more than 2 minutes and bam battle eye has kicked you from the online session. I do nothing wrong I have played this game for over 1,000 hours and now it says fric u

Me too, I was starting to sell nightclub products and when I was about to enter my van I received that message and got kicked from the online to storymode.

I've been getting randomly kicked by BattlEye while playing Solo, not modders trolling, And this only started after the update.

i dont get kicked but i get MASSIVE stuttering from it scanning my machine all the time

Before I was kicked from time to time with "BattlEye requires update", especially in sessions when I see cheaters in game, killing entire lobby, spawning "rain" of figures, or teleporting players to one place, one shot in milisecond after respawn. Today I am constantly "kicked by Battleye" but only when doing HSW racing .... null mods, null cheats but I am kicked becouse so .... Good thing is, from about one week I didn't saw "modders". ps. now when i try join any race I am kicked at once.

Try my method, idk if you mean the same thing:
Launch Story Mode
Play Online > Invite Only Session (so you load your own personal server)
Find New Session > Public Session (should be fastest no kick way online)
Just came to see if people still complain about stuff like this now that I've found my solution, hope it helps!

If you have issues what I did was I went into the game files for GTA V. Delete the Battleye file it should be where your GTA is installed. Then go to steams library click on GTA V click properties and select verify game files and it should reinstall battleye. That fixed my issue of being kicked every 5 mins.

I just tried this and it didn't work for me. Verified game files twice, then deleted Battleye and re-verified. Reinstalled. Kicks me every single time I try to do a mission for myself. Game was working for hours tonight and now I'm getting booted no matter what lobby I'm in. Considering how many people are having the same issue I'm willing to bet R* f'd something up with this most recent update.

I've never modded or anything, never been suspended. Clean profile since 2014.
