Seems that sometimes if I reboot systems up date check and see if Battle eye loads.. It works fine. If I go play anther game come back it dose not seem to load battle eye. It could be anything running though in back round. Good luck.
tbh
and the good thing is the cheaters wont change unless they have an anti cheat on server side (which is impossible cuz gtao is p2p basically we are the servers the only thing rockstars servers do is store our save files)
Battleye kicks in games are usually due to a few common issues related to connection stability, file integrity, or compatibility issues with other software. Here are some steps to try in order to troubleshoot and hopefully fix this issue:
1. Check Game Files Integrity
Go to the game launcher (such as Steam or Ubisoft Connect), find the game in your library, right-click on it, and choose "Properties."
Look for an option to verify or check the integrity of game files. This will scan for any corrupted or missing files and attempt to repair them.
2. Update Battleye
Navigate to the folder where Battleye is installed (typically within the game directory).
Find the Uninstall_BattlEye.bat or uninstall Battleye executable, run it, and then reinstall Battleye by launching the game.
Ensure the Battleye service is up-to-date by checking the official Battleye site for any updates, and applying them if necessary.
3. Run as Administrator
Right-click on the game launcher (like Steam or Ubisoft Connect) and select Run as Administrator.
Similarly, find the game’s main executable and also run it as an administrator.
Running the game and Battleye with elevated permissions may help Battleye access necessary files and services.
4. Disable Conflicting Software
Battleye can conflict with certain software, especially those with overlays (Discord, MSI Afterburner, Nvidia GeForce Experience, etc.).
Temporarily disable these programs, then test if the issue persists.
If you’re using a VPN, firewall, or antivirus software, try disabling them briefly or adding Battleye and the game as exceptions.
5. Ensure Stable Connection
Make sure you’re on a stable and reliable internet connection; weak or intermittent connectivity can trigger Battleye kicks.
Try resetting your router, or switch from Wi-Fi to a wired connection if possible.
6. Check for System Updates and Driver Updates
Ensure that Windows and all drivers (especially network drivers) are up to date.
Sometimes outdated software can cause conflicts with Battleye.
7. Reinstall Battleye Manually
Locate the Battleye folder in your game directory, delete the entire Battleye folder.
Run the game launcher, which should automatically reinstall Battleye.
8. Reinstall the Game
If all else fails, try a complete reinstall of the game. Be sure to backup any settings or saved data if necessary.
Reinstalling the game can sometimes resolve deeply embedded issues that may not be addressed by simpler troubleshooting.
If none of these steps work, you might need to contact Battleye support with specific information about your issue. Sometimes, certain games also have forums where other players share fixes for common Battleye errors specific to that game.
This support has been provided by AI .
If these things don't fix your issue then it can be a part of your hardware that is not running perfectly , like problems with ram ( yes even on a new PC) things break .
Edit .
Contact battleEye support and send them the logfiles they request from you.
you can't really do anything if you try to play in a normal public session and encounter one these kids on the spectrum who having one of their tantrums, while they hiding their activities behind these cryptic messages
stay away from the usual public session and play in invite only with crew members
See...tech support keeps giving me answers like the list on post #9 to repair my problems, and I'm looking for a restored character and undo my suspension...... I'm not sure they read what you ask of them over there??????????????
