You got any more details to go with this? Is this while failing to install the launcher? Running the game? Lack of admin/permissions? Installed the launcher to a drive letter that now no longer exists (uninstall R* launcher, attempt to reinstall it - and chose a correct/functional location)? Problems with av/security? Non-default my documents? There's much more......

I failed to run the game, it said "windows can't access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item", I have tried various ways from reinstalling R* and even install the game again, the same thing still happens again.
btw i have the file on my default document its same i just shrink it .
