Do employees get paid for bail bounties?

I can't find the answer to this question specifically, and because it takes a bit for each bounty to be processed for payment my friends who help me with bounties in my organisation/MC don't know when to look at the notifications for being paid. I want to know if they get paid at all for the bounties, and if it's not the full amount (36-40k), how much do they get generally?

Yeah like I want to work for an overweight woman sending agents to do work she can't do and giving her a percentage.

For blue bounties you get like 1-2K (not a joke), most wanted ones pay like basic contact missions if you are not a host. Reminds me of security contracts, where you get literally nothing if host is CEO and few k if MC. In the end, these bounties are not worth even for host if you want to make cash. Let alone as a member.

The game does not disguise the fact that you can be a dummy and play online now. Earlier business enterprises encouraged you to do some math (or compare notes with your friends and associates), and calculate out the best way to use YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME to balance the profits you gain and the time you spent grinding them out. Now, all you need to know is, how much did I make. Also, bear in mind, if online players find it lucrative and enjoyable, Rockstar will manipulate the profit margins and cost associated so that it sucks more, as they did with Cayo.
