I won't claim I'm an expert on the subject, but I believe each unique arcade machine you own simply boosts the speed of the money accumulating in the safe or the amount added per set interval of time. However, I do wonder if perhaps the more expensive machines may give a bigger bump compared to the slightly cheaper ones. If you're on a budget, I wouldn't go wild buying them if there's other sources of earning money you're looking to invest in, say for example a nightclub with a fully active basement. I have all the machines and what I get from the arcade safe amounts to decent pocket change, like covering ammo or inexpensive vehicle upgrades, nothing more.
